Production

Every item is made to order. Production starts after you approve the final design. Estimated production days are shown on each product page.

Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan through couriers such as TCS, Leopards, M&P, PostEx, Trax and Pakistan Post.
  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your city.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout. You receive a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Large items such as sign boards may need special delivery or installation — contact us.

Inspection on delivery

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is visibly damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours.

Returns & replacements

  • Because items are personalized, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has started.
  • If an item arrives damaged, or does not match the design you approved, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
  • Report problems within 48 hours of delivery with photos on WhatsApp or email.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders (before production) are returned through the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible.
