1. Orders
By placing an order with Deesu Enterprises you confirm that the details you provide are correct. An order is accepted once we confirm it. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Items shown as “Request a Quote” or “Starting from” are priced after we review your request.
2. Personalized items
You are responsible for spelling, names, titles and logos you submit. We confirm the final design with you before production. You must have the right to use any logo or image you upload. We may decline content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights.
3. Photos and previews
Previews on the website are illustrations. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from screens. Product photos may show sample work with third-party names or logos.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Online payments are confirmed by the payment provider. Unpaid online orders expire automatically. Bank transfers are confirmed manually after we verify your payment.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & Returns for details.
6. Returns, cancellations and refunds
See Shipping & Returns. Custom-made items cannot be returned for change of mind once production has started.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected item.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
